However, achieving these unnecessarily high levels of waste removal often causes deficiencies in other areas that are of equal or greater importance to consumers. Robert evaluates the performance of several toilet models currently on the market against a multi-factor performance rating that correlates to consumer expectations. This rating system could provide the basis for future improvements to minimum plumbing standards.
