Expect bigger and better things in Western Canada from now on, because ‘good enough’ just isn’t good enough anymore. This is a fun chase I had with a local Alignment specialist and a customer of his while trying to get some shakedown data on the STi. Tires were fading away in my final lapping day of the season and were never very good to start with (cheap summer tires) I never got the brakes up to full temp. during this trackday, possibly because of traffic, the lack of tire grip availiable, cool ambient temp’s and a damp track surface, or multiple alignment changes between sessions through the day (minor toe/camber changes)
