I’d like to thank god for inspiring me to chase my dreams, and restoring my vision after a serious eye injury earlier this year. These laps from my first season road racing at Mission Raceway are dedicated to Colin McRae, who was alive long enough to inspire me to love the Subaru brand. RIP sep.15/2007 Ryan Turner owner and driver of Death Or Glory Racing taking his near stock 04 STi out to Mission Raceway with the UBCSCC for an open lapping day. This is a fun chase I had with a local Alignment specialist and a customer of his while trying to get some shakedown data on the STi. Tires were fading away in my final lapping day of the season and were never very good to start with (cheap summer tires) I never got the brakes up to full temp. during this trackday, possibly because of traffic, the lack of tire grip availiable, cool ambient temp’s and a damp track surface, or multiple alignment changes between sessions through the day (minor toe/camber changes)
