Project scope was to enlarge shower, redo plumbing adding shower rain head & shower bar-handle, redo plumbing at tub adding shower head, replace vanity cabinets, add granite vanity top, porcelain under-mount sinks with new plumbing fixtures & replace entire wall & floor tiles with porcelain type to match chosen granite. Certainly there is always something to alternate & redo in order to accommodate new selected fixtures, but we never slip our mind to improve functionality, increase waterproofing & safety, & at the bottom line re-design entire batroom & meet home owner expectation. Limitation of the space is biggest remodeling problem. We always trying to rich the set goal & utilize every single inch of the available space using design & new technology, materials to build in the best of the market.
