The funniest thing about this is if you’re really all up in arms and advocating this cops actions you should be upset about it too. I don’t know about maryland or wtf ever. but in colorado i could have shot that guy legally. If a person not in uniform, pulls a gun on me, and doesn’t declare hes a cop, then i have every right to defend myself if i feel my life is in danger. Bottom line is this cop is a reckless idiot, and there are far too many like him on the force out there.

I even found a list of class C misdemeanors on the web site for a county court in your state. He wasn’t arrested for filming a cop. He was arrested for posting the video here with the audio intact. There’s another much longer clip here of the same ride with the audio removed. Perfectly legal by Maryland’s standards. The audio was what got him in trouble, not the video.
