Working Wood 1: The Artisan Course with Paul Sellers: Woodworking Essentials 2 (1hr 27min DVD) teaches you the crucial elements to successful joinery, as well as the essential tools and techniques. In this 1hr 27min DVD, Paul shows you how to make The Three Joints™ — the joints you will need throughout your woodworking life — and demonstrates their application in every area of fine woodworking. Few woodworkers explore the creative sphere of hand tool joinery, yet many strive to create the superlative designs this aspect of woodworking allows. Paul Sellers has successfully trained thousands of woodworkers through a simple step-by-step curriculum developed to restore the art of hand-cut joinery for woodworkers of any background and all skill levels. Paul explores the historical context of joinery, showing its use in historic buildings, including Penrhyn Castle’s internal structure and furniture, as well as immigrant ships that journeyed to the USA. Woodworking Essentials 2 introduces steps that guarantee perfect joints every time — joints that last for centuries. Mastering the housing dado, dovetail, and mortise and tenon joints begins by understanding the function and use of ten basic hand tools. Paul shows you how to use them to their fullest potential and demonstrates the construction of each joint in exactly the same way he teaches his students and apprentices. The art of joint making enables woodworkers to expand their work, yet many woodworkers feel intimidated by

Hot Red Audi A3 3.2 quattro — S Line I bought this car as a demo model in January 2007 with 4000 miles for $37000. It has been an absolute joy ever since. It is LOADED with extras like: Navigation System 10 speaker Premium Bose system driven by Satellite Radio, MP3 and CD The 3.2 V6 delivers 250 hp to all 4 wheels and also gets 21/27 mpg 18″ alloy rims The exterior of this vehicle is extra clean metallic paint and comes with a custom car cover. Extra clean leather interior comes with all weather mats plus the originals and dual moon roof. There are no dings on the exterior of this car but the trunk area has minor scratches due to normal wear and tear. This DSG transmission can be shifted with the paddles or by the stick. It can be driven as a full manual or automatic. All power equipment is functioning properly. The tires have done 5000 miles. I have kept all the instructions and full service records. The car has been meticulously maintained and serviced and the reserve is well below the Kelly Book value of $26350. I am happy to send extra photos and car fax report to bidders This is a smoke-free car.

Learn more about the DR Powerwagon at www.drpower.com Cheryl: We bought some acreage out to put horses on so we wouldn’t have to board ‘em and as a result it became a whole lot more work than we thought it was gonna be. You have to move water troughs, trim limbs during the winter and in the spring, you have to clean out the bedding twice a year removing all the bedding out of the stalls and put it all back in. Really with just a regular wheelbarrow that’s almost impossible. With the DR Powerwagon, we load all the bedding in the wagon, we roll it through the back door of the stall, pull the little dump lever — done. It’s very easy. It’s a whole new world for us. I love it… Rich: We are sitting here on a terminal moraine from the last glacier that came down during the ice ages… Judy: (He’s a scientist he talks that way) Rich: And because of that the land we’ve got is really poor. It’s not the sort of land anybody would ever have farmed in their right mind ever. Judy: We try to garden and raise farm animals on it anyway. Rich: And the one thing about the DR Powerwagon that I was really concerned on because there were lots of ups and downs, lots of hills, lots of kind of really nasty terrain here to go over, was how it did with rocks. It turns out that the DR Powerwagon is really, really good for moving over rocks because it’s got a very narrow wheel base and so you don’t get jammed up on things. And it’s just a really really useful device. Judy: It’s also fun. It’s also

The merger between Schaeffler and Continental was one of the biggest in German economic history. The fanfare surrounding the union has thrown a spotlight on the extremely valuable and highly-efficient automotive supply industry. Who has not heard of engines from Bosch, steering systems from ZF, and headlights from Hella lighting technologies? About 78 percent of value creation for name-brand cars comes from parts suppliers, while only 22 percent is down to the manufacturers themselves. Lippstadt-based Hella has just released its latest high-tech product onto the market featuring new LED headlight technology. Style, as well as improving visibility is at issue. The new parts are good-looking and is increasing turnover at Hella. In 2007, the company earned 75 billion euros. Linda Vierecke reports.
